MARTIN and Co managed my property, they failed to collect the rent on the 4th month of a 6 months tenancy, if the tenant was to stay. The tenant was to give 2 months notice but I had to accept 1 months notice as I was concerned the tenant would not pay the rent and just stay the 2 months. Further Martin and Co entered my apartment without my permission and when my contract with them had ended. I have to date received no explanation for this, but requested an explanation many times. Further Martin and Co failed to correspond with the TDS and had to pay me money which should have been deducted from the tenants bond because they failed to communicate with TDS. All in all incompetence, unprofessional what more need I say. Further some of recommendations on this page are their staff.
