Martin & co have looked after the letting of my rental flat for a number of years. They dealt efficiently with any queries or problems that arose, keeping me informed and finding a solution, so keeping both me and the tenants happy. They were particularly helpful at the time of tenancy changes, dealing with the transferring of utility accounts, final inspections etc. A very friendly office to work with.
