The worse costumer service you will experience. As soon as they will take any money from you they will take weeks to get back to you. They still owe me money and still not getting back to me I highly don’t recommend working with this agency.

Very bad experience, after chasing them For over a week to have more information regarding to buy a property, they didn’t even call me back or sent email. I called several times ask Ying for someone to call me back but seems they don’t want to sell properties. I used before a different Martin and co in battersea reach and I received a great Service, but seems different from store to store. To be avoided!!!!

Absolutely awful people, after renting they’ll simply make up claims to try and keep your bond. For example for items which were never there, or for leaves on balconies. I would avoid these people at all costs (excuse the pun).

The most unprofessional state agency in London. Based on personal experience with Martin & Co in Chelsea renting with them was the worse decision ever. They wanted to charge half of the deposit without providing the deposit breakdown or any other evidence of damage. Refused any kind of communication(emails or phone calls), in order to resolve any disagreements I had to send a representative legal adviser to finally meet some decent communication. The conclusion is that they do not protect tenant's rights and will always support landlord's interest. Highly recommend avoiding this agency for your own sake and safety!

The whole process was an absolute nightmare. When we left the property they tried to charge us £900 for flaws in the property that were there when we moved in. Including £30 to change a lightbulb! After a long struggle we proved we were right and realised that they were just trying to take our money. Absolutely not recommended- They represent everything that is wrong with estate agents in London.

We have investigated the issue you have experienced and I now understand you have been refunded your deposit in full less an agreed deduction. The light bulb charge is there because we do have to send out a contractor to change it, they charge an hourly rate for work. Your comments are taken seriously and we have changed our property management processes so this does not occur again.

Would not recommend. Horrible service. Many issues during 1 year of renting a flat in W12 from Martin & co. Problems when moving in, issues with return of the deposit. Unhelpful staff.
