When deciding which estate agents to pick my flat mate and I knew we wanted a local agent with excellent local knowledge. Kay and Kyle had exactly that. I was rarely at home during the viewings but had 100% confidence that they were doing their job perfectly. Once the offer was accepted Kay kept me in the loop and we were in constant communication.
