So although there are more attractive brands of estate agents in the area, i cant imagine you will find many that provide the service and knowledge that both kyle and Kay provided for me and my wife when selling 30 kilburn lane. I had 5 agents around to value , we had valuations far in excess and a few below. it was clear kay was not interested in winning my instruction by over valuing and he gave me an optomistic but realistic value that would secure a good sale. as soon as we signed we had a board up and three days later, after several pre organised viewings we had our property under offer to a couple that had been vetted thoroughly by kyle not to be a time waster. they certainly weren't and we managed to secure our onward purchase due to the communication and swiftness of the conveyancing process which kyle had an enormous part in moving along.
