Great Experience - Great Flat - Big thank you!

Our experience with Mile Estates is based on our interested in a one bed flat to rent in the Queens Park area as a couple. From the first viewing, Krupa never rushed us and accommodated our schedule with last minute weekend and evening viewings. We viewed several flats with Krupa, and never felt pressured to make a decision. After deciding on a flat, Krupa also negotiated the best deal for us with the landlord regarding rent, repainting, repairs and installations, going above and beyond to surprise us with a brand new custom built boiler cupboard after my partner had just mentioned it in passing at a viewing. The referencing, contractual element and payment were all processed promptly and accurately, making the whole experience an easy one. Additionally, Krupa has even been in touch after our move in to make sure we have transitioned smoothly. In sum, our experience with Mile Estates and Krupa in particular has been excellent. The fees might be higher than elsewhere, but I would highly recommend Mile Estates and Krupa in particular as this estate agent actually seems to care about their customers, even after payment.
