We were relatively new to the Wanstead area and the local knowledge that Petty Son and Prestwich was extremely useful for us. We were also first time buyers and they were happy and quick to answer all of our questions, no matter how significant they were. This put us at ease and gave us confidence to proceed with the purchase. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
