Landlords review of Petty Son & Prestwich

As I live 200 miles from the property I rented out in Redbridge I wanted to be sure that whoever I chose to manage the property would do an excellent job. After visiting a few companies I chose Petty Son and Prestwich as I believed they would provide the best service to me. From the outset the service they have given has been excellent. From vetting prospective tenants to managing the process thereafter(arranging for any repairs/servicing to be carried out etc) they have delivered beyond my expectations.
