AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The worst letting agents I've ever had the misfortune to rent through. They do not return calls and emails and will avoid you as much as possible if you have a problem that needs fixing. We had damp in the flat and no action was taken, and it took months and months to get other maintenance issues resolved - some we just gave up on. It took over a month to get our deposit back after we moved out and I suspect they'd never have returned it if we'd not chased. There's absolutely no way the 5 star reviews out there are genuine.
