Joanne was amazing from start to finish. She always made herself readily available to answer any questions i had. Nothing was too much trouble for her, Joanne ensured that no question/query was left unanswered and i was incredibly confident in her knowledge of the property and new tenant process. All in all, a very refreshing experience from an amazing agent.
