Andy has been the most amazing person throughout this whole year that we have lived at Greyfriars in Coventry. He was quick to answer any query we had and always did his best to accommodate our requests. Furthermore, our renting process was more complex than the usual due to our unusual circumstances, but Andy went the extra mile to help us with everything and make us feel welcome and safe.
