There is no perfect Managing Agent of course but Ringley comes pretty close. They genuinely seem to have senior management who care and call you back! They always look for a way through for your issues and when asking for money always justify why it needs to be spent! Ultimately they care about the asset value of our home and that was an approach we have not experienced before-despite having courted an number of allegedly competent Managing Agents over teh years
