Efficient with lovely properties
Sterling De Vere have many properties for prospective tenants. My flat was a lovely new build with large bedrooms, a modern kitchen and sizeable modern bathrooms. They are especially efficient when assisting new and outgoing tenants without a large amount of the hassle that you face with other letting agencies with a handy service that allows you to transfer to other properties within their management.

Definitely recommending

Great Experience!
Been renting with De Vere for over 18 months, service is always hands. I had some issues in the property (this will always happen no matter who you rent with) but they were always solved promptly. Thank you guys for the amazing service! I will be moving back to Sydney next month but will be back next year, no doubt I will use a Sterling De Vere again!! :)

Arthur Leroy takes amazingly good care of his tenants!
I had some accommodation issues and Arthur Leroy made sure to check-up on me every now and then. He ensured I could move to a different and more suitable accommodation the next month. He is very respectful, kind and caring and will make sure the tenant is good. Thank you Arthur!
