I use Stirling Ackroyd for letting my London properties and in the past I have also purchased a number of properties where they have been acting as the sellers agents I have been very pleased with the service I have received. They are professional and responsive - always returning calls and dealing with matters on a timely basis. The tenants that they have found me have all proved reliable and I suspect that this is due to their experience in vetting applicants. I have had no significant letting voids - they have always managed to find tenants quickly and they have processed the paperwork efficiently. I don't live in London and so one particular benefit is that they are prepared to go the extra distance - looking after keys, arranging access for workmen and being prepared to meet up and offer advice on how best to present a flat to maximise rents. They have done this even though they don't manage my flats but only formally act to secure tenants. In summary they make my life easy and secure good rents and good tenants. I will continue to use them.
