Fantastic job from Kyle who helped a disorganised bunch of guys find a great house in our first viewing! Helped us negotiate rent with the landlord, fend off other prospective tenants and most importantly seamlessly orchestrated the complete refurbishment of the house including a new paint job, kitchen and bathrooms! Am happily moving in now with friends, in the knowledge that any potential issue will be swiftly dealt with by Kyle and his team. Thanks again!
