Speaking to property managers sometimes be upsetting because things needs doing. But with Widaad, she was responsive and she surprised me with her wealth of knowledge within properties (why issues happen, how long it might take to resolve etc) and industries outside of property management namely investments (I am an investment analyst maybe why we clicked!) which I was totally blown away by and makes me trust her more. Widaad is not just courteous and helpful but also has the brains. It was a breath of fresh air speaking with her and forming a relationship which makes the phone call and email pleasant and less of a chore.
