Just to let everybody now the kind of professional Kurt is, here's our story. It was our first day in London, just after arriving to our accommodation and we decided to take a walk to see the neighborhood. It was around 18:20 in the afternoon and we knocked the door at Stonehouse Estates. Kurt opened the door, told us it was already closed and invited us to go in and tell him what we needed. Despite being after-hours, Kurt showed us a couple of properties in the computer, took note of our requirements and found the perfect place for us. It was a difficult task, since I didn't have a UK bank account yet and we had our dog with us. I got a fast responde from him everytime I had a question and was paying attention to my international transfer for the deposit, so as soon as it reached the agency's account, we could move in to our new home in UK. We feel very grateful and are happy with the work and support given by Kurt during this process and we recommend him and the agency for their excellent and caring work.
