Fiona was really helpful. I was very stressed and wasn't familiar with London or the local area. she calmed me down, booked me into an appointment to view a property. Within 15 mins of me entering the office I was viewing a property. I now know what to expect when applying to be a tenant in London. She talked me through the entire process and was very informative. She even went further and offered me advice on what to apply for as a student such as an oyster cards. She even gave me a Stonehouse bag and keyring, and contact information.
