Despina Christaki has assisted me in renting a flat that I have in Holloway. Within 2 days of me contacting her, she had already found prospective tenants. The property needed an Energy Performance Certificate - she sorted. The property needed a Gas Safety Certificate - she again sorted. And the tenants insisted on certain pieces of furniture being removed - guess what, she sorted again. No issue was a problem for Despina.
