Kurt Gonzales lettings Manager of Stonehouse Estate Agent whom I have dealt with my first ever moving experience regarding a long term let. My experienced dealing with Kurt is very calm and relaxing. I have given my full trust throughout the whole process because he is the type of person you can tell in one glimpse and say to yourself '' ahhh I'll be fine''. I have been through many agents where all that they seem to be wanting are the same old thing i.e rush you, talks about money, money, money, no to this no to that, stress you out, no empathy or worst just leave you there hanging. Kurt and his team in Stonehouse is different, they will give you their time, listen to you, understands you, they wont hesitate to give that extra mile and most importantly be there to guide you throughout. It was seamless, very thorough process, transparent way of communication to make it short REAL. Kurt is a REAL Person. I would also like to mention two of his most hard working and very helpful team members named FIONA and ADAM, these two are superb and when it comes to attention to detail their spotless.
