Stow helped my brother and I through a difficult sale; difficult in the sense that we were still in the final stages of probate and it was also an emotional decision whether to even sell the "family home". Ben was our first point of contact. He was spot on with his estimation of the sale price and helped us feel confident to start the process. We took a fairly hands off approach with Stow, and chose to trust their experience and professionalism. Amy was our day to day contact and she was fantastic. She kept us extremely well informed and was always very communicative and a pleasure to work with. I love that Stow took pride in finding a family that will love and appreciate a house and garden that means a lot to my brother and I. I don't have a lot of experience buying and selling homes but I know for a fact I would do it again with Stow, as they made what could be a very fraught experience into a great one.
