I cannot recommend Amy Goulding enough and all the people working there, Tony, Emma, Josh, Samantha, Alfie from STOW BROTHERS estate agency ! I want to concentrate on Amy as she was the person to deal with my file and from beginning to end, she was an absolute star and made the stressful process of buying house as smooth as possible. Amy went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and that we were completely comfortable with every step of the way. Her communication skills were exceptional, and she took the time to explain everything in detail, sometimes when my solicitor which I’ve paid a lot of money didn’t pick up the phone I was calling Amy and she get in contact with my solicitor and making sure we understood everything before proceeding. What really made the difference was the extra work that Amy put into helping us. She went out of her way to ensure we are in our comfort zone, even when she wasn't initially available (Friday she is off). When we encountered some issues during the process, she was there to help us every step of the way, offering advice and support. A lot of people said this process is so stressful but to be honest I didn’t find it like that as Amy was there for us anytime. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Amy and this estate agent to anyone who is looking for an stress-free and enjoyable house buying experience. She truly cannot do better!
