From the off, Ben was really personable and friendly and we could always get in touch with him (which we did a lot!). If Ben was out when we called, we found that Amy and Tony were also super helpful with finding out information for us. Ben really did help us when our chain started to show signs of breaking down, as he managed to reach the top of the chain's solicitors and find out information that our Vendor's estate agent couldn't!
