It's still early days in the process so I will post again but these are delightful people who seem to have a great grasp on how to make this very stressful process run as smoothly as they can. As vendors they gave us the time to get our house really ready for market and didn't bother us with multiple follow up calls, unlike other estate agents who we had invited to give a valuation. Their photographer produced stunning photos which we have kept as a memento of all the hard work we did in improvements on the house. The viewings were all on one day so with potential to be a bit of a queueing system but I think people were treated well and able to see all they needed to. We then had offers coming in the following week. Although elements of the London market seem cut throat I feel this team ( we are using the Wanstead branch) treat you and the buyers in a human and kind way. We will see what the next weeks bring but so far so good.
