She took a holistic approach and not only did well to represent the seller but also supported me as a buyer to mediate between both parties and ensure we reached a mutually beneficial middle ground. A well of advice and knowledge, there was never a question too big or small and this did much to put me at ease during the buying process. And following my transition into the property, the level of after care provided has been sublime.
