I got in touch with the Stow Brothers and they responded almost immediately. The very next day, Geida (one of the agents) turned up at my doorstep with a range of examples of properties they had rented in the area together with a very accurate range of rental offers I could expect to receive. They marketed the property well with some fantastic pamphlets and (given the great market London is experiencing) held a very successful open house for me. I received a number of offers, some over the asking price, and Geida gave great advice as to which tenants she believed would be the best fit for my property. I also engaged the Stow Brothers as my managing agent and they have been nothing short of fantastic! Very responsive, always cheerful and my tenants are very happy. I will be using them for years to come. I would recommend Stow Brothers in a heartbeat for anyone looking for some local, independent agents with very reasonable pricing for the quality on offer.
