We've just purchased our first home via the Stow Brothers and the whole process has been really smooth. From the moment we put in our offer there was no hard sell (we weren't required to use the 'in-house' mortgage brokers/solicitors/ surveyors as had been our experience with other estate agents). Communication has also been first class. Our point of contact, Ben, responded to emails and concerns immediately and did a great job as an intermediary between us and the vendors, we were given access to the flat for more viewings which was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, which is just great customer service. Overall a really positive experience and I would definitely recommend these guys.
