The hype is true - they're on a different level to most estate agents. As a first time buyer I was really impressed with how responsive they were and how well they kept me informed. A very transparent offer process and they seem to have integrity, which is a rare thing in the property market! Ben Charleton was an absolute hero in fielding my (frequent) calls and chasing up the chain for me. Give that guy a promotion!
