Great bunch of people to work with. As a first-time buyer, I was wandering in unknown territory but Kyli was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kyli was responsive, professional and friendly, and I didn't feel judged for asking lots of questions and checking in with her on the vendor's status. The timeframe got dragged out slightly and there were some hiccups along the way, but Kyli resolved these quickly and kept me informed. I've now just exchanged contracts and couldn't be happier.
