For all the terrible agencies out there, these are the guys that buck the trend. Rob kept me updated every couple of days to give me peace of mind that things were moving (or sometimes even that they weren't moving which was equally comforting because at least I knew!). It was an awkward deal to get over the line, and that's where Kenny could step in to offer his expertise and knowledge of the market and what we (as first time buyers) should / shouldn't be doing. I think if you can team these guys with the legal team they recommended and the surveyor they recommended (as I did) then you will be in incredibly safe hands, and will also not have the wool pulled over your eyes on any part of the negotiation.
