Once we had accepted an offer the process was quite protracted. Carly was absolutely amazing throughout - she kept on top of everything, was really proactive and instrumental in getting the sale over the line. I am very grateful to her for going above and beyond! By far the best letting agent I've ever dealt with. Both Imogen and Harry were very professional and efficient, but Demetris deserves most of the plaudits. He was patient and considerate - in short, completely removed from the estate/letting agent stereotype. On the strength of this experience, I would recommend Stow Brothers to anyone.

For many people, moving homes represents an exciting start of a new chapter; it can also be mentally and financially exhausting and daunting undertaking, given the countless moving parts happening all at once. Let it be known here that I have high — extremely high — expectations of service, generally speaking. From the initial viewing we had with Harry Tugby, we felt that the positive service tone he set with would be maintained. Very prompt, professional and easy to talk to all around. What’s more, when we decided to move forward with the property, his colleague, Sophie Ismail, was pure joy to work with from the moment she was introduced. I’d be replying to her and by the time I’ve blinked, a thorough, detailed and client-conscious response has landed in my inbox. Just incredible speed. As someone who works with private clients personally, I was impressed with Sophie from start to finish.
