As you were made aware at the point of booking there were several viewings a few days prior to your appointment and unfortunately the vendors decided to accept an offer placed from another interested party. Unfortunately not all vendors are driven by the same factors, and as Estate Agents, our job is to facilitate the sale in the best interests of the vendor. To be clear, it is imperative that we act on our vendors' instructions at all times. The vendors accepted an offer despite us advising that there were further interested parties that were lined up to view at the weekend. We even attempted further communication to explain your individual case as you're aware, but unfortunately their decision was final and we have to respect their wishes. Again, we can only apologise for the inconvenience and hopefully we can find you somewhere alternative moving forwards. Thanks James.
