I have recently rented a property through Lenwell and have dealt with Sarah Carroll through the whole process. Sarah has been great, from the moment I called in regards to viewing the property right through to moving in. When I first called to book a viewing, Sarah mentioned other places I may be interested in that I hadn't seen and even got me a viewing the same afternoon. She has been at the end of the phone and email all the time to answer all of my questions and support me through the application process. Sarah is warm and friendly and is very helpful and adaptable in her communication to suit you. The process of becoming a tenant with Lenwell was very quick and easy and all done online so there is no trekking to the office to sign any paperwork, and copies of any paperwork are emailed to you straight away.
