Helpful and friendly.

Me and my boyfriend was really nervous about renting a property as we have never done it before, so we went into Lenwell to ask about the process and the fees etc. Abbey sat down with us and went through everything! She told us exsactly what would be required to pass the references and broke down all the costs so we knew exsactly what we needed to pay. She found us a property 4 days later and we are very happy in our new flat. Thank you.
