Excellent support and advice

As a multi-landlord I value the prompt and thoughtful letting service from the Negotiators managed by Richard in the Luton Office. The Property Management team based at Luton are also excellent. I really could praise them all but I particularly deal with Kellie, Julia and Lisa. They are pro-active and I value their advice and opinions especially when there are problems. When we have had problems either with a property maintenance issue or on a few occasions with a tenant, the staff have been a great help to me. Customer service is very well managed by Andrew who is also up to date with all the many and changing regulations which beset the private landlord. Ted C
