Luton lettings - Malik

I was pleased with the service given by Malik in Lenwell. He was attentive & efficient. I was happy to have Malik as my agent for a property I have just let a a tenant. He always answered queries, and did his best to find out what was needed. I felt he was experienced, and knew what he was doing, which gave me confidence in his ability. But even better than that, he also made sure he was doing the right thing, eg by going through a checklist when the agreement was signed. He was professional and helpful. I also liked the teamwork in the Lenwell office in Luton. If Malik wasn't there, someone else could usually answer a query.
