Very Unprofessional

This estate agent put a property that I am joint executor of on the market without my knowledge, in doing so breaking the anti money laundering act of 2008 he also refused to deal with me and refused to disclose his fees until my solicitor intervened, his fees turned out to be a massive 5% including VAT . After six months and no sale his staff refused to hand over the keys to this property which I technically own 50% of, he is again refusing to deal me, my advice to anyone reading this is avoid Mark Stephenson's at all costs.
