I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! This company is absolutely shocking, in particularly Megan. Sending threatening emails to tenants yet do not have the courtesy of replying to any email correspondence. I will not go into too much detail as I await a formal response however, I doubt I will receive a response any time soon. Always told megan is not in the office and members of staff cover for her however, when I actually explain the complexity of the situation to a different member of staff, I get transferred to her straight away.
