I have been a tenant of Belvoirs for almost 2 years and during that time Mike Boardman has been my Property Manager for the majority of that time. Mike is a breath of fresh air compared to most property managers in most letting agents. He's organised, efficient, responds to queries quickly and is really helpful. I've always found him really easy to get hold of and is dedicated to resolving any issues quickly. Mike is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'm always confident he will get things done. Even when repairs have needed doing in the property, I've been amazed at how quickly they've been sorted out... I've found it's usually the exact opposite with most letting agents!
