They had provided an excellent service for us. We rented a 3 BHK property recently and their staff Mr. Ahmar was responsible for that property. He managed everything well between us and the landlord. Everything was provided on time as agreed. Even though there was some confusions regarding the start date, he managed to give it on time. The guys are reponsive to customer emails and calls either. Hope they will maintain the same in future. In short I feel them professional and responsible.

Viewed a beautiful new 2-bedroom property with Abdou last week who explained he was new and would get back to me on a few details. Hi. Finding a property is never easy. I enquired about renting a property with a number of estate agents but had no joy. I was recommended by a friend to contact belvoir. The staff were really helpful and Atty helped every step of the way. I managed to find a 2 bed in linen Quarter which were a really nice apartment. I have to say I was extremely pleased with the service Belvoir provided me during my rental search. I had special circumstances regarding move-in date due to a medical condition and they were very understanding and helpful. In particular, I have to thank both Ahmar Iftikar and Kashif Asif. Ahmar showed me around the flat, was very responsive to my almost daily inquiries and moved on quickly with all needed steps. And Kashif was able to meet my outside his office hours on a weekend, just to make sure I got the keys safely. Although the flat does have a few unexpected issues, I trust that they'll be very helpful in solving any problems I may encounter. I would definitely use Belvoir again in the future and would recommend it to anyone in Manchester :)

Moving home is always stressful, but Atty made it really easy and proactively found me a place to suit my needs exactly.
