I went to view The Gateway, shown around by Shaz. Shaz was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction to putting a deposit down. My negotiator, Razaw was also more than helpful. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in, and she was very good at explaining my next steps to becoming a tenant. I have been a tenant of Belvoirs for almost 2 years and during that time Mike Boardman has been my Property Manager for the majority of that time. Mike is a breath of fresh air compared to most property managers in most letting agents. He's organised, efficient, responds to queries quickly and is really helpful. I've always found him really easy to get hold of and is dedicated to resolving any issues quickly. Mike is an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'm always confident he will get things done. Even when repairs have needed doing in the property, I've been amazed at how quickly they've been sorted out... I've found it's usually the exact opposite with most letting agents!

After dealing with a few real estate agents who wasted our time and without any results we passed by this Belvoir branch and talked to Mr Taj. His service was straightforward, honest and efficient. He was off for a day at one point and his replacement at the office was as efficient. After we moved in to the apartment there were some issues that he handled perfectly with the landlord. Would definitly rccomend to others.

Mark Stock at Belvoir was a fantastic help when I moved to Manchester. On the first day I put a deposit down on the property, he was able to take my family and I back to it for a second look straight away, even though he didn't have to go out of his way to do this so quickly. Following this, every query I had he answered quickly and managed to get furniture sorted for me within 24 hours of asking! Mark is a credit to the company, would highly recommend!
