Absolute worst letting company I have ever dealt with. Nothing but false promises of replies, saying you need to send an email yet they never reply to emails. Somehow James Murphy has made it to management in the past 12 months that I have unfortunately been with Martin and Co, despite being the most useless agent that I have ever worked with! If you're going to try and work with this agency, make sure you hire a solicitor at the same time as you're going to need one. I certainly have.
