Terrible service. Didn't get a contractor around to my flat to fix a simple issue, the landlord stepped in after 3 months and actually got it sorted for me. They are rude, lazy and just very bad when it comes to getting anything done. Currently calling them now in fact, but the man at the office who he tells me is just there to answer the phones is aweful at his job. Tells me a contractor will call me within the hour, doesn't, so I call back to get the contractor's number and he puts me in hold for 10 minutes before hanging up the phone. Now he simply isn't answering the phone at all. Don't use these people.
