I am compelled to share my experience as prospect buyer. First of all, no one was at the building when I arrived on time. I waited 10 minutes before calling the office, someone then hung up on me before she could find out where the agent was! When the agent eventually showed up 15 minutes late, he said "our office is only around the corner, you should have come there first". He suspected my unhappiness, and checked if I was okay. When I told him someone hung up on me, he insisted it was the silence of call waiting. I heard the end of call beep before the dead tone, he was walking to the property, yet he insisted he was right and I was wrong. I may not be in the mood to check out the property any longer as you can imagine, but I did anyway. Yet he couldn't answer many questions at all, "need to check with landlord", "landlord hasn't got back to us", yet they've been marketing the property for two months! A complete time wasting experience, now I know whom I won't be calling when it comes to buy, sell or let properties!
