We had an issue with our holding deposit coming back once we left, called a few times and Delyce picked up. She sorted the deposit out really quickly and we got in back shortly after. Also I had a parcel accidentally delivered to the house and I had already left, it was making me very anxious and Delyce kindly posted it back to me. Really appreciate what she did. Thank you :)
