I was looking for a house for 2 people to rent from 1st July 2021 for my daughter and her friend in their final year of Uni and had an excellent experience with this agent. Gary Head was fantastic throughout, excellent communication, speedy responses and answered all of my questions. I was very sorry that I couldn't take the house in the end, as the other guarantors had been put off by bad reviews. To give you some perspective I am also a landlord and rent property in Edinburgh, so I know what to look for when going to a property agent. The property had all the safety certificates, over and above what is legally required in England, and the recent video of the property showed it to be in great condition with tenants currently in residence. Personally , I would have no qualms and not be put off by the bad reviews as I feel it is important to have the conversations and get a feel of the agency for myself. I get very suspicious when I see multiple bad reviews within the same time frame as this could represent malicious spamming. Renting a property is a serious business in terms of money spent by parents and the investment a landlord makes. The safety and experience of tenants is paramount.
