The absolute worse letting agency Ive every used- no one picks up the phones, takes months to get any fixtures sorted after logging it, at the end of tenancy they gave inconsistent and false references for tenants and when questioned the reply was “well we’ve seen one of your housemates has given us a 1 star review” extremely unprofessional- 0/10 would not recommend.
