Having had a terrible experience with a previous agent in south Manchester, dealing with Nicholas Humphreys has been a complete breath of fresh air. It really has. From first contact with the lovely and very helpful and knowledgeable Tim, to dealings on the telephone or in the office with amongst others Catherine, Amber and Jennie, each and every interaction was pleasant, trouble free and utterly professional. The business model in operation at this place clearly works, I cannot fault it and I say that as a professional that deals with different types of business on a weekly basis. The whole team are polite, diligent, hard working and customer focused, something that is becoming increasingly rare these days.
