This is actually my sellers estate agent not mine we first viewed the house we are buying with jack who is a lovely lad. We have not moved yet but have also spoke to vanessa who again was fantastic and have been corresponding mainly with rebecca who without fail has kept us up to date on a weekly basis and quite frankly has gone above and beyond with extra viewings and querys we had she is an absolute credit to martin and co i can not reccomend this outstanding team enough and should i ever move again this is the estate agent for us keep up the good work guys 5 stars is simply not enough

First Class professional service. Vanessa , Rebecca and Jack were exceptional. They sold my house for me, kept me informed and supported me every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. They even supported me with the guy I was buying off as he used an agent that didn’t offer much of a service. Couldn’t thank or recommend them enough. Excellent customer service is sometimes hard to come by but I’ve definitely found it here.

Honestly I couldn’t rate everyone at the Mansfield branch enough. My mum has recently just sold her house regrettably not through Martin & Co, but the house she brought was being sold by them, and they were absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process. A lot of issues popped up, and there were delays (with solicitors not doing bits or being quick enough etc), and everyone at Martin & Co were 100% on the ball, chasing them up, giving my mum updates as well as their client. We didn’t hear from our estate agents once after an offer had been made, looking back we should have gone with Martin & Co to sell our house, but we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the future, and we just wish there was a high star rating than 5!(My Mum doesn’t have Facebook but wanted to leave a review.)

Martin & Co provide a first class personal service. All the staff are very professional but also friendly and approachable. I use them to help me find tenants for my buy to let properties and they never let me down. Communication on progress is fantastic and they are always willing to go that extra mile.
