I have been with this martin & co, Mansfield branch for over a decade. Staff wise, they are excellent and they are ready to help and give you support when needed. Overall this Mansfield branch has a very good customer service in place.

Martins were very efficient, and were exceptional once we had sold chasing the whole chain and driving progress. Sarah especially drove things and communicated regularly.

I dealt with Sarah for my property purchase. Very responsive to emails which helped considerably when you're a first time buyer that doesn't know what they're doing! Even had help with window sizes for curtains

We brought a house for £240,000 for it to be down valued by £30,000 they could not provide comparibles in the area and the seller would not come down on price, although this is not Martin and co decision they did admit its not worth 240,000, but the buyer pretty much valued it himself. I'm dissapointed I lost over £500 in solicitors fees and it got this far. This will happen again and again with this property and its still being advertised at the 240,000 be carefulNegativeValue
